A fantastic day out at the Rotary Club of Perth Charity Golf Day at the beautiful King James VI Golf Club ⛳️

A huge thank you to the organisers, sponsors, volunteers and everyone involved in making the day such a success. It was great to see the Perth business community come together once again, not only for a brilliant day of golf, but most importantly to help raise money for fantastic local charities and good causes.

We were proud to represent Smart & Co and support such an important annual event. The course was in superb condition, the company was excellent, and thankfully the weather played its part too!

A look behind the scenes at part of our day-to-day work as Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers.

Today we attended a site meeting at Broxden Business Park, Perth, to review the progress of a new solar PV installation at one of the office properties under our management.

Alongside the traditional aspects of property management — including maintenance, compliance, tenant liaison and asset performance — we are increasingly involved in projects focused on sustainability and long-term operational efficiency. Renewable energy installations such as this can help reduce running costs for occupiers while also improving the environmental performance of commercial buildings.

Managing commercial property is about far more than collecting rents. It involves coordinating contractors, overseeing improvement works, protecting asset value and helping clients future-proof their properties.
