We were delighted to welcome MSP Jim Fairlie to see The Wee Dairy @ Dupplin at our new home at Bankhead farm. We shared how Dupplin and The Wee Dairy have worked well together to get the business up and running, culminating in a GOLD award at RHAS26 for our full Jersey milk in our first year. 🥛🏆
We were also able to show Jim some of the environmental measures we are implementing with the support of the ScotGov AECS🌱🐄

**WILDFIRE ALERT – PLEASE SHARE** 🚨

We are asking everyone on Dupplin to stay alert

Unfortunately, scenes like this recent photo are becoming far too common. This disposable BBQ was found discarded in dry gorse on the estate. It only takes one careless act to start a devastating wildfire.

Last year, our neighbours at Kirkton of Mailer lost a substantial area of woodland to a wildfire, where disposable BBQs were found at the scene. We would like to prevent the same happening here.

If you see anyone using a disposable BBQ, lighting a fire, or discarding hot coals on the estate, please report it immediately by calling the estate office or emailing [email protected] . This email address is monitored outside office hours

The Scottish Outdoor Access Code is based on responsible access. Unfortunately, it only takes a small minority acting irresponsibly to put our woodland, wildlife, livestock, neighbouring homes and the wider countryside at risk.

Please help us by staying vigilant, reporting any concerns, and sharing this post (by all means if offenders could take their other rubbish away too that would be great!)

We are saddened to announce the death of Lord Forteviot of Dupplin who passed away peacefully on 22/06/2026 at home. A service of Thanksgiving will be held at Aberdalgie & Dupplin Church on 22 July at 2.30pm.
A lovely tribute to him in the Times today
