Maxine leads the business and works closely with landlords to understand their goals and build a management approach around their property and long-term plans. From business strategy and compliance to landlord relationships and service standards, she oversees every stage of the customer journey to ensure a personal and professional experience.
Jemma – Company Administrator
Jemma keeps the business running smoothly behind the scenes. She coordinates administration, supports communication, manages documentation and helps ensure every detail is handled efficiently so landlords and tenants receive a seamless service.
Peter – Portfolio Manager
Recently promoted to Portfolio Manager, Peter plays a key role in looking after our managed properties. Working closely with landlords and tenants, he oversees accompanied viewings, property inspections, tenancy matters and the day-to-day management of portfolios. His promotion reflects his growing experience, attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.
