🗝️ There is no set amount of time a property needs to be empty for in order to qualify.

👷🏼‍♀️ You will be assigned one of our dedicated Private Sector Officers, who will assist you from start to finish.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 When the property is ready to let, PKC Lets will help you find the right tenant free of charge. From there, it is entirely up to you whether you continue with PKC Lets management services or not.
