A 3-bedroom bungalow** available to rent, offering a practical and comfortable layout, all on one level.

The property comprises:
• 3 bedrooms
• Kitchen
• Bathroom
• Living room
• Dining room
• Entrance porch

💷 Rent: £305 per week
Bills are not included in the rent and are payable separately.

From 1 May 2026, the rules around pets in rented properties in England have changed. 🏡🐾
Tenants can make a written request to their landlord to keep a pet. The landlord has 28 days to respond and cannot refuse without a reasonable reason.
But remember! ☝️
🐕 Permission for one dog does not automatically mean permission for a second or third dog.
🐈 It also doesn’t automatically mean permission for a cat or another type of pet.
If a tenant wants to keep another pet, they should make a new request for permission from the landlord.
A landlord can still refuse a request if they have a reasonable reason — for example, if the property is not suitable for that particular pet or for the number of pets requested.

I zapamiętajcie słowo „marzę”, bo przyjdzie taki moment, że opowiem Wam wszystko od początku. A uwierzcie mi — jest co opowiadać. 😉

A skoro marzę, żeby było nas więcej, to trzeba temu marzeniu trochę pomóc. Samo się przecież nie zrobi. 😄

Małe, niepozorne, a prowadzą dokładnie tam, gdzie trzeba. 😎

From 1 May 2026, the rules around pets in rented properties in England have changed. 🏡🐾

🐾 Jedna zgoda nie oznacza zgody na całe ZOO! 😉

Od 1 maja 2026 r. zasady dotyczące zwierząt w wynajmowanych nieruchomościach w Anglii się zmieniły. 🏡🐾

Tenant może pisemnie poprosić landlorda o zgodę na zwierzę Landlord ma 28 dni na odpowiedź i nie może odmówić bez uzasadnionego powodu.

Ale uwaga! ☝️
🐕 Zgoda na jednego psa nie oznacza automatycznie zgody na drugiego czy trzeciego.
🐈 Nie oznacza też zgody na kota lub inne zwierzę.

Jeżeli tenant chce mieć kolejne zwierzę, powinien ponownie wystąpić o zgodę landlorda.

Landlord nadal może odmówić, jeśli ma uzasadniony powód — np. nieruchomość nie jest odpowiednia dla danego zwierzęcia lub dla większej ich liczby.
