🏗️ Maud, Aberdeenshire – Project Update!

Great progress being made on our Maud development, which is being transformed into modern office space with a loft conversion.

The project is really starting to take shape, with some major stages of the build now completed!

Works completed so far:

✅ First fix plumbing and electrics completed
✅ Fire alarm system cabling installed
✅ Ground floor insulation completed
✅ All timber and metal stud work completed
✅ Structural steel beams installed
✅ Metal staircase installed
✅ All structural metalwork completed
✅ Roof levelled

A huge amount of work has gone into getting the project to this stage, with the main structural works and first fix installations now complete.

We’re looking forward to progressing onto the next stages and seeing the transformation come together.

We recently completed this premium media wall for one of our good returning customers, with the whole design centred around these stunning large-format tiles imported directly from Spain. 🇪🇸

The tiles were paired with deep navy feature panelling, integrated wall-panel lighting and gold detailing to create a finish that really stands out. ✨

Our team completed the joinery alterations, electrical work, feature lighting and specialist large-format tiling from start to finish.

No expense spared on this one — just quality materials, careful detailing and a finished media wall that completely changes the room. 👌✨

🔨 JOINERS WANTED – ABERDEEN & SURROUNDING AREAS

As our workload continues to grow, we’re looking for skilled joiners to work with us across a varied range of projects.

The work can include roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, complete property renovations, repairs and general joinery. We’re looking for capable joiners who are comfortable working across different types and stages of a project.

Opportunities are available for:

• Full-time employment
• Regular subcontract work

Rates from £18–£30 per hour, depending on experience, standard of work, ability to work independently and working arrangement.

Applicants must be reliable, take pride in their work and consistently deliver a high standard. A full driving licence is essential.

Another roof survey carried out today by VP Projects & Development Ltd 🏠

Making use of our drone to get a closer look at the flat roof, chimneys, leadwork and other areas that are difficult to access from ground level.

It also gives us a good overview of the roof and helps identify any visible damage or areas where water may be sitting before putting together our quotation.

With winter not too far away, it’s always worth catching any potential issues early.

Fully insured and CAA registered. ✅

Complete Exterior Transformation 🏠

A huge difference on this renovation.

The property has had a complete exterior upgrade, including new replacement windows, new front door, repairs and preparation to the exterior, and fresh harling to completely transform the front of the house.

A much cleaner, more modern finish and a massive improvement from where it started.
