These clients asked me to represent them in the sale of their family home after viewing another property with me and liking the way I represented my clients. They were after a move to a more rural area for more space for the children and the dogs.

The buyers were actually the first people to view when we launched the house to the market, but it took a little while to get the chain completed below us and for them to be in a position to proceed (a common situation at the moment).
