Welcome to our page, which aims to provide you with information on McCarthy Stone's proposals for land east of Harrier Way, Petersfield.
Our proposals feature a purpose-built a new specialist extra care community, comprising a mixture of bungalows, chalets and apartments. The new community will also feature communal facilities including outdoor spaces, a bistro restaurant and lounge as well as 24-hour on-site tailored care and support.
McCarthy Stone submitted plans for the redevelopment of the site in September 2022. These proposals followed the principles of
an existing planning approval on-site for an assisted living community. Since the submission of our application, we have continued to take on board the feedback and made a number of changes to the plans.
