Job for Helen in Easton in Gordano with Jeremy - hack off existing render, remove widows and doors due to rotten wooden seals, replaced with upvc seals, replace defective brickwork under kitchen window lintel to ensure adequate support for lintel, 2 coats of render to create flat finish, 3 coats of external masonry paint and replacement of old guttering.

Work on own property - footings dug and concreted, course of blocks laid for bottom steps, 2 courses for top steps, backfilled and Indian sandstone slabs laid on top. Rendered blockwork and finished with black mortar joints and sealed with wet look primer.
