💥 FINISHING TOUCHES 💥

We all love a room to look neat and tidy which is why attention to detail and finishing touches are so important

The pipes below this boiler were very visible and looked unfinished so we came up with this solution

Tiles which matched the rest of the kitchen were plastered to some plywood. This is not fixed in place so if there are any faults in the future, the pipes are easily accessible 🙌🏼

💥 LINO LESSON 💥

Here is a little tip for you all when it comes to fitting a new lino floor which we find very helpful 🙌🏼

1. Lay your new lino flooring on the floor

2. Pull up the old lino flooring and lay it on top of the new one

3. Cut around, using the old floor as the template

4. Lay the new lino floor and use spray adhesive to stick it down

We understand this bathroom is still not exactly up to the standard of the Ritz, but not a bad spruce up for £50

New lino flooring from B&M and some white bathroom paint is all that was changed to this bathroom

As this is a rental property, we wanted the bathroom to look fresh but kept within a budget allowing for a happy tenant and landlord

No major changes here, but a new coat of paint for the walls and furniture in this bedroom made a big difference!

The tenant was keen to keep the extra storage of a built in wardrobe around the bed so we updated this for them to make it much fresher
