Our role is to support landlords in protecting their investment while also ensuring tenants are paying a fair and realistic rent for their home.

That’s why we carry out regular rent reviews. These aren’t about pushing rents as high as possible…
in fact, we often advise landlords against excessive increases. Our aim is to keep rents sensible, affordable and in line with the local market.

We believe that little and often is far better than large increases after several years with no review. This helps tenants budget more easily and reduces the risk of significant jumps in rent further down the line.
