Wolseley Youth Group is packed with activities, sport and games, opportunities to get involved in community projects and a programme of holiday activities, trips and outings.

For any 7-13 years olds wanting to join, please come along on Tuesdays, 5.00pm – 7.00pm at the Wolseley Community Building (behind the Coop). £1 entre fee.

Do you need help to stop smoking???

Smoking cessation advice and support drop in sessions are being held at The Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre Wellbeing Hub today and every Friday 10.30-12.30.

Quitting smoking can drastically reduce your chances of developing lung cancer and improve your overall health.

If you or someone you know is struggling with smoking and is seeking the support and resources to make a positive change, come along and speak to a professional. Your health is worth it!

No booking required just turn up - Tracey from One You Plymouth Livewell Southwest will be set up and ready to help!

If you're looking for somewhere to live or are worried about losing your home, seek advice as soon as possible. PCC can provide help and support to prevent you from becoming homeless. Please come along to our brand new fortnightly drop-in!

There will be an advisor from Plymouth City Council’s new Housing Options Team which focuses on homelessness prevention and supporting residents through difficult situations.
They are able to help people access support before issues become a crisis. The team can offer advice and assistance with housing issues, debts, benefits, budgeting, and other support needs.

Drop-in tomorrow between 10-1pm, no booking required.

A huge thank you to the Lord Mayor for officially opening our annual Summer Fun Day and spending time with our community☀️ 🎉
I also want to give a massive shoutout to our incredible staff, volunteers, and everyone who contributed with activities, refreshments, music, and stalls - what an absolute team effort! From setting up early to keeping the energy high all day, your hard work made this event another brilliant success.

Thank you to everyone who came along to support us. It was lovely to see so many familiar faces and to welcome new ones to the fun. Community spirit at its best. 🙌✨

**Wolseley Trust Fun Day - Tomorrow, 11.00am - 2.00pm**

The Wolseley Trust Funday 2026

We are very excited to announce that the Cosmic Dust in the City team from the University of Plymouth will be attending our ‘SPACE’ themed Fun Day on Saturday 05th September 2026. Their team will be delivering a range of interactive, science-informed activities designed to inspire curiosity about space, Earth, and the processes that connect them. It will be fun, accessible and enjoyable for all ages!

At their stand you can;
• Understand how tiny pieces of space rock land all around us and find out where you yourself can find them
• Observe these tiny pieces of space rock under a light microscope and also up close in a scanning electron microscope machine you yourself can operate.
• Try to find your own tiny piece of space rock from material collected off the roof of the Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre Wellbeing Hub.
• Discover how tiny pieces of space rock can help us understand how our solar system formed billions of years ago.

There will also be other stalls, a raffle, crafts, games and much more for all to enjoy on the day, with special guests and live music. Cafe Scott will be open providing their usual scrummy BBQ with a free burger/hotdog to all existing members and any new members that sign up on the day
So, join us at The Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre Wellbeing Hub on Saturday 05th September from 11.00am – 2.00pm for a day of community fun.
