Below is a design we carried out for a sea view plot in Cawsand, it’s a challenging site and hence the design has taken into consideration the stability of the road above and limited access to name but a few of the elements. It’s going to be spectacular once built.

Can’t believe this was nearly 5 years ago. We’ve not put an entire house on stilts since but we have designed and carried out a lot of structural engineering work on various tricky projects. The goal is always to design something buildable, an area often neglected in the design phase as it was in the below job (designed by others)

Another Speq design completed by The Renovation Men. Hard to believe there was a river running through the hallway a few months ago.

One of our design and build projects completed for a very particular elderly customer. She had a great deal of input into her design (it’s her house after all) she is delighted and we wish her many years of happiness in her new kitchen diner.

Finally starting this extension in torpoint. Going to transform what is already a nice bungalow on a lovely plot. As always this will aim to achieve the highest insulation standards but this time (due to customer request) using a more traditional building method.

Been working on this little extension for a lovely lady In Torpoint. The idea is to give her more light whilst making her house more accessible for wheel chairs as she gets older.
