Established in 1995, the practice evolved from three property professionals who have considerable experience in the local and regional market place dealing with all aspects of commercial and residential property matters. The practice has an emphasis on commercial property agency, investment and development, residential and commercial valuations and professional work. Monk and Partners provide a range of property related services in Devon and Cornwall including land, office and industrial, retail, leisure and residential sectors.
