We’ve been pulling some footings on the first pair of houses…….

This is KEC’s new project, which is a 6 House Development Project.

On this site in Plymouth, KEC are preparing the site for construction and as expected, we have unearthed the old footings of the previous property on the site. They were in our way so had to come out using the big 14 tonne machine. But we’ll put them to good use with the big crusher……

At this site KEC are constructing 6 modern 3 storey, 4 bedroom townhouses. This will be a great project to follow. Tricky groundworks followed by intricate builds which will transform this old site into a lively hub of accommodation for local families.

We asked our client at for a reference for a new client, and they were very kind.

This is last years project at , Plymouths Hidden Little Gem, the Alma Yard.

It’s been so great seeing our project units occupied, speaking to new residents about how happy they are to have moved their businesses into the Rope Building and how cool a space KEC and Eat Work Art have created together.

The cafe Sato have had a great start since moving to the yard and it’s really a vibrant hub of creativity.

This is Alma Yard in Plymouth, a co-working site for creative individuals and businesses…… this ladies and gentlemen, is the Rope Building.

Hey Everyone,

Here’s an update on KEC’s on-going project , in Wearde, near Saltash……

We’ve now completed much of the build element and the Glazing will go in soon. Internally we are approaching Plasterboarding. It’s all very exciting.

This project is very near to a project from a couple of years ago, “ ”, where the clients highly recommended KEC to these clients. We’re very much looking forward to delivering 2 lovely new extensions, multiple structural alterations and a full internal fit out of the house and annexe here in Cornwall.

These really nice and very relaxed clients have waited a couple of years for KEC and really bought into the full design and pricing process which leads to a very relaxed approach to the works. This one will be a cracker!!!
