Introducing Mount Wise, a 1 bedroom apartment at the Mount Wise development in Plymouth, close to the City Centre and only 1 mile from the Royal William Yard. Mount Wise Park is only a 2 minute walk away and rewards with views over the river Tamar to Cornwall!

A few cosy additions as we move into the Autumn: new carpet in the bedroom, Sky Q (300+ TV channels and 500 box sets, catch-up services such as the BBC iPlayer and streaming services including Netflix and Youtube) and Sky broadband.

you said 'TV reception quality was sometimes intermittent during bad weather'
we did - installed Virgin Media TV so guests can enjoy 60+ TV channels, catch-up services such as the BBC iPlayer and internet based services like Netflix and Youtube

you said 'bedroom mattress was a bit soft'
we did - replaced it with a Deluxe Orthopaedic Siesta mattress

Also - internet speed doubled to 100mbps, paving slabs laid leading up to rear steps,
