🚨 Rental Scam Warning – Please Read & Share!

We’ve spotted a scam using one of our managed properties — and it’s happening more often than you think.

Scammers are stealing property listings from sites like Rightmove and reposting them on Facebook, pretending to be landlords. They’ll message you, offer a great deal, and pressure you to send a deposit before vanishing. No viewing. No paperwork. Just your money gone.

🔍 Watch out for:
• Profiles or pages with little history
• Rent that seems too good to be true
• No in-person viewings or tenancy agreement
• Pressure to act fast or “lose the deal”

💡 Stay safe:
• Never send money before viewing a property
• Always verify the landlord or agent
• Use trusted platforms and registered letting agents
