Devon Block Management in Liquidation
You may be aware of an article published today on βPlymouth Liveβ and other news sources regarding Devon Block Management entering into liquidation owing more than Β£2 million to creditors and leaseholders.
As a result of this report, we have been receiving many calls from concerned leaseholders
and press organisations who mistakenly believe Plymouth Block Management are part of or in some way connected to Devon Block Management or its directors, Mr Sean Nicholson and his wife, Elaine.

We are issuing this statement to confirm that Plymouth Block Management has not now, nor has ever had any connection or relationship with Devon Block Management whatsoever. Both companies are separate and distinct from one another and until today were direct competitors. Any parties perpetuating alleged links between Plymouth Block Management and Devon Block Management are making defamatory statements and we reserve the right to pursue any individuals or companies attempting to mislead the public to the fullest extent under law. Plymouth Block Management is financially solvent and continues to proudly trade as one of the South West's leading residential property management companies.
