Erin has completed her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Housing and Property Management after 2 years of hard work and is now an Associate of The Property Institute (TPI). Erin joined PBM in December 2023 at the age of 17 as an Assistant Property Manager, assisting the property management team with administration tasks

She is now a Property Manager with her own portfolio and is a member of PBM's Higher-Risk Buildings team where she manages buildings with major safety issues such as combustible cladding, compromised internal compartmentation and other structural issues which negatively impact resident safety. She now starts the journey to her level 4 qualification in property management. Well done Erin!

Located in Radford, Plymouth, the communal areas in Lower Saltram required renovating. Our trusted contractors rolled down some new carpets, and gave the walls a fresh coat of paint.
