Edging stones reset, water and electric moved and re established. Anthracite composite decking between steps and outbuilding equals another happy client.

Rotten porch replaced with new oak gallows brackets, Upvc shiplapped soffit and cladding. The client wanted the original tiles with lead flashing reused with a few damaged replacements reused. New breathable membrane, treated battens, rafters bolted and strengthened. Next up is the damaged garage roof and gable flaunching.
