Writing up a level 2 report while watching, in my opinion the best golf major of the year! ⛳

Would you agree?

My client for this level 2 survey is in the process of buying a property and was given a damp report by the vendor. The report claimed the place had cavity walls… but it clearly has solid brick (Flemish bond).

Even better, it recommended cutting into the walls to remove debris from a cavity that doesn’t exist!

Luckily, they instructed a survey before going ahead with any of the suggested work. A proper survey = money saved.
