I’ve trained at a lot of different gyms over the years and have always enjoyed keeping active, but hand on heart, I’ve never enjoyed it as much as I do at Train Station Gym.

It might sound a little cliché, but the atmosphere there is genuinely something special. The classes are challenging and definitely put you through your paces, but what stands out most is the support from everyone around you. People cheer each other on, celebrate each other’s achievements, and encourage those who are simply giving it their best shot.

After having a baby and spending some time away from training, I was quite anxious about getting back into it. Looking back, I really didn’t need to be. Everyone has been so welcoming, supportive and encouraging from day one.

We’ve got a really lovely community down at TS, and it’s made getting back into fitness so much easier and more enjoyable than I ever expected.

If you’re thinking about starting your fitness journey, getting back into training, or just looking for a friendly and welcoming environment, honestly, look no further.

Not every property sale is straightforward, and this one certainly tested everyone involved.

Before sharing this, I asked my vendor if I could tell the story behind the sale of Kirkstall Mount because it highlights why having the right estate agent matters when unexpected issues arise.

Part way through the sale, it came to light that when my vendor originally purchased the property, the incorrect probate had been obtained. This meant the property had never been correctly registered into my vendor’s name and, understandably, the sale could not proceed until the issue had been resolved.

What followed was months of chasing, problem-solving, liaising with solicitors, keeping buyers updated, managing expectations and doing everything possible to keep the transaction together while the legal issues were worked through.

There were moments when it genuinely felt like the sale might not happen. It was stressful for everyone involved, and I’ll admit I’ve lost more than a few nights’ sleep over this one.

Thankfully, through persistence, patience and the cooperation of all parties involved, the issue was resolved, the property was correctly transferred into my vendor’s name, and today the sale has successfully completed.

This transaction is a reminder that estate agency isn’t just about putting a property online and finding a buyer. Sometimes it’s about navigating unexpected obstacles, keeping a chain together and refusing to give up when things get complicated. And they sure did with this!

Congratulations to my seller and the buyers. I’m absolutely delighted we got this one over the line & I wholeheartedly wise you both the best in the next chapters of your lives ♥️
