I started this year with a mission and a real sense of purpose. Not just to build a business, but to build something people are proud to be part of. Something different. Something that stands for more. A business that’s unlike any other.
Let me tell you what’s important to me, because it’s something I say to the lads in the business all the time, and some people struggle to believe it. I’m not driven by money. I never have been. Money, to me, is just a byproduct of doing something well and doing something you believe in.
What drives me is the game itself. I love property development. I love creating something out of nothing. I love the process, the pressure, and the chaos that comes with it. But more than anything, what drives me is people.
It’s bringing together a team of people who, because of this business, will be in a far better position than they ever would have been otherwise. People who grow, who level up, and who realise their own potential along the way.
My goal is to empower people. To help them do better, become better, and actually enjoy the process of building something meaningful together.
They say you’re the average of the five people you surround yourself with. My target this year is to go far beyond that. I want to build an elite task force. Fifty strong. Highly motivated, highly driven, and highly rewarded individuals. People who want more from life and are willing to step up and earn it.
