We haven’t yet had chance to introduce ourselves so here goes.

With Ryan’s background in civil engineering and a plan to transition full-time into the business within three years, we bring both technical expertise and a passion for excellence to every project.

We have set ambitious targets for multiple property renovations within our first three years, committed to delivering exceptional results that enhance both value and quality of life.

At Groves Estate we go the extra Mile.

EPC Ratings are top of our priority, we will aim for maximum EPC without going OTT with Solar panels etc.

-100mm insulation in all cavities.
-At least 50mm rigid insulation upgrade on all exterior walls.
-300mm loft insulation.
-All new windows and doors.
-New Combi Boiler and heating system with TRV’s.
-Full Heating Thermostat.

We have gone the extra mile of soundproofing and insulating the party wall as you will see inthe pictures below.

All renovation work completed by our team from Tarian Property Maintenance. Great progress for 4 weeks in. The Next two weeks will be massive.

Who wants to see a sneak peak of the progress on our Ferndale Property 👀👀🚀.

Only 12 working days on site and we are absolutely steaming ahead!

An extended well done to our sister company Tarian Property Maintenance who is completing this renovation for us.

All ripout completed and waste disposed efficiently. When we say a full gut, we mean a full gut, back to a shell. When planned efficiently, these renovations can be done in no time.

We have also completed 90% of carpentry First fix including relocating well for new stairs, reconfiguration of complete house to move bathroom from downstairs to upstairs.

Our team have a big week coming up
This week with stairs going in and first fix electrics and plumbing being completed by Wednesday.
