We’re a well-established window supply & installation company delivering high-quality uPVC, aluminium, and composite window & door solutions to residential and commercial clients.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Procurement Administrator to join our team.
🔎 The Role
You’ll play a key part in supporting the purchasing of windows & doors — ensuring materials, components, and services are ordered efficiently, delivered on time, and aligned with project schedules and budgets.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Raising and processing purchase orders
✔ Liaising with suppliers on pricing, availability & deliveries
✔ Tracking deliveries and resolving issues
✔ Maintaining accurate procurement records
✔ Supporting installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery
✔ Comparing supplier quotes & supporting cost control
👤 About You
✔ Experience using window & door software
✔ CRM system experience
✔ Background in procurement/purchasing/administration (construction preferred)
✔ Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
✔ Confident communicator with negotiation skills
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
✔ Proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities
