How long does it take to sell the average home in the UK??

According to Zoopla, it will take around 25 weeks 🤯That’s nearly 6 months before you hand the keys over to the new owner!

Now there are benefits to waiting this long… the biggest advantage is that you will probably get a ‘better’ price than we can offer you.

But, at what cost!

Not only will you have to wait around 6 months…

- You will be selling through a estate agent, who will need to be payed
- You will have to allow plenty of people to come and view who likely won’t even offer
- The sales isn’t guaranteed, even when you accept the offer!
- You may not want loads of people knowing you are moving, if it’s for sensitive reasons or if you have tenants, so advertising online may not be right for you…
