A stunning kitchen installed byus last week.

The customer chose a beautiful colour combination and design.

This is one we completed renovated the room for then went back and installed this.

Some great work done and the customer is over the moon as you can imagine.

So we've recently purchased our first renovation project.

We completed the purchase in October 2025. Somehow we miraculously turned the renovation around and sold the house within 6 months.

The house was in a poor state. Structurally solid but otherwise awful. The previous owner was elderly and let the house fall into disarray. When he sadly passed we bought the house with all his belongings still in place, including the food in the cupboards. You can imagine the smell !

The house then benefitted from

New boiler
New radiators throughout
New kitchen
New bathroom
New sockets and switches
New internal lighting
New external lighting
New internal doors
New front door
New french doors
Plastered ceilings throughout
New smoke alarms
Bedroom wall moved 18 inches to increase the size
Fresh decoration
New flooring throughout

The only help we had was a friend to empty the place and a registered gas installer to install and commission the boiler.

The video speaks for itself.

I know the new soon to be first time buyers are going to love it and make some amazing memories.

Now its time to enjoy the reward and move onto the next one.
