We’re looking for a friendly, highly organised and enthusiastic person to join our fun and hardworking team at Winkworth Poole! 💙

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who already has experience within Estate Agency, particularly with office administration and knowledge of the sales chasing process.

✨ The role:

Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm
Office administration & Sales Chasing
Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
All aspects of office administration
Helping to keep sales progressing and ensuring everything stays on track
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and other parties throughout the sales process

👋 We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in Estate Agency and sales chasing
Highly organised and good at keeping on top of details
Confident communicating with people
Proactive, positive and able to work well under pressure
Friendly, approachable and a great team player
If you’re looking for great hours, a lovely working environment and a role where no two days are quite the same, we’d love to hear from you!
