Too many to get into one post, so splitting this into two.

A lot of work went into this one. The aim was to make a contemporary new build still feel warm and liveable.

Textured porcelain, discreet lighting, and the dressing by all play a big part in that.

We’re offering these as Land + Build, so you secure the plot and we deliver the build with you involved along the way. Finishes, layout tweaks, details… all shaped as we go so it feels properly yours by the end.

It’s also worth knowing this route can be more tax efficient compared to buying a finished home (subject to advice).

Once four dilapidated tennis courts. Now three high-end traditional homes, designed to feel like they’ve always belonged in the conservation area. 🌳

The Old Tennis Courts | Open-Plan Living 🛋️

A really well thought-out open-plan space, finished with some great details.

The Leicht kitchen was designed and installed by . If you look closely, you’ll spot the window splashback behind the sink 👀 We’ve planted Verbena + grasses outside so they’ll grow up and fill the view 🌿

Crittall-style doors by , installed by , open through to the dining area, set in front of the sliding doors leading out to a large west-facing garden ☀️.

To the other end of the room, there’s an amazing seating area with a bay window, plus a electric fireplace and media wall.
