Our Story Silverbirch Estate & Letting Agents

Silverbirch Estate & Letting Agents launched in 2017 by founder Laila Safaee MARLA.

Silverbirch Estate & Letting Agents is an independent boutique agency located in Canford Cliffs village in Poole; we’re situated perfectly to help clients branch out into the area and make their ambitions of living in Dorset become a reality.

Dorset really is the jewel in the crown of the south coast. It has something for everyone: award-winning beaches, glorious rolling countryside and vibrant towns. It’s well connected with transport links to London and the rest of the country for those that do need it; far enough away from the hustle and bustle for those that want a bit of peace and quiet. It’s truly the best of both worlds. No wonder so many people aspire to live here.

Our bespoke personal service, tailor-made to meet people’s individual needs, grows from years of local experience and lasting relationships. We are accredited members of the association of residential letting agents (ARLA) giving our clients further assurances of the standard and excellence they expect and receive from our team. Customer service is at the absolute forefront for us: Which is why we recently won Best Letting Agency in Poole 2019 at the British Property awards. The team were mystery shopped for one whole year to be recognised for this fantastic award! WOW!

Crucially, we are environmentally conscious and acutely aware of the importance of the incredible surroundings we live in. That’s why we aim to be as eco-friendly as we can: from the day-to-day running of our offices, to our vision of how sustainable estate agents can really be. In fact, every time a sale completes at Silverbirch, we plant a tree for our clients. Currently we have planted 100 trees at the Alladale reserve in Scotland.
