Poole Project | Balcony Update

A major milestone reached on our Poole project with the installation of the full-width ground floor glazing by 👏🏻

Featuring textured black heritage aluminium windows and floor-to-ceiling doors delivers the sleek, clean, and contemporary finish we’re aiming for on this build.

The extensive glazing not only enhances the external appearance but also floods the interior with natural light, creating an impressive sense of space throughout.

The contemporary black balustrade ties the whole elevation together, adding a refined modern touch.

We’re excited to see this project continue to take shape.

Another exciting update from our Poole project. 👏

The exterior is really starting to take shape, with the full-width ground floor glazing almost complete, spanning the length of the property and continuing onto the first floor. These expansive glass features open out onto the generous patio and balcony, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.

Contemporary cladding has now been installed, giving the home a clean, modern finish, while the floor-to-ceiling glazing floods the interiors with natural light and creates an incredible sense of space.

It’s always rewarding to see the vision coming together, and we can’t wait to share more progress as this stunning home nears completion.

Back at our Poole property this week for another project update 📸

We’re now at the pre-plaster stage on the ground floor, with plasterboard fixed to the walls and ceilings ready for plastering. The structure for the ground floor patio, along with the first and second floor balconies, is really starting to take shape.

Excited to see the vision for this home come to life, especially the open-plan kitchen diner opening out onto a large outdoor patio area.

This project has involved careful planning, replanning, and refinements along the way to ensure every detail comes together with precision and exactly as the client envisioned.

Looking forward to seeing the finished result of this transformation.

A few exciting updates from our Poole development

The roofing is now complete and the majority of the scaffolding has been removed, revealing the impressive form of the build. The ground floor patio and first-floor balcony are also beginning to take shape, bringing the design to life.

We’re making strong progress inside as we move ahead with insulation and plastering, another key step towards a refined, high-spec finish.

Meet the Team | Louie

Louie joined Proevo Group in September as our Plumbing Apprentice and part-time Labourer, beginning a three-year journey with the team. With an outstanding college report and exceptional attendance, he has already demonstrated the dedication and professionalism we value across every project.

Since joining, Louie has played a key role in completing the first fix at our Poole development and will soon be progressing to bathroom installations in the coming weeks.

We’re proud to support emerging talent within our industry and look forward to seeing Louie continue to grow as part of the Proevo team.

Ground floor progress at our Poole development.

We’re now in the structural framing stage, with doorway openings being formed and the internal layout taking shape. Framing for the interior walls and ceiling joists is in place, creating the framework ready for plasterboard installation.

Each phase brings greater definition to the space, as this luxury residence moves steadily from structure to finish.
