We’re Jaz and Josh, husband and wife team passionate about creating exceptional stays and effortless hosting experiences✨

After spending 10 years working in the luxury superyacht industry and on private islands, we’ve learnt what 5* service truly means: attention to detail, perfect communication, and genuine care for every guest and property.

Our journey into hosting began when we bought and renovated our own Airbnb in Poole - blending hospitality and smart systems to create a smooth, memorable experience, and showing guests just how special the Dorset coast really is🌊

Today, through Lil Blu Stays, we manage Airbnbs and holiday lets across Poole and the surrounding area - combining professional property management with the warmth and personal touch of experienced hosts.
