Happy New Year! 2025!! ...and finally time for an update.

It's been an extremely hard journey since our old property was finally demolished in Dec 2018 to start this new-build project, with Covid lockdowns, the difficulty sourcing the ever increasing prices of materials, plus finding local IOM trades that are available to do the work in a reasonable time... and a few things took a *lot* longer than hoped for.

To all those waiting for progress update that have messaged me or just watching the page, No surprise I guess.... Summer here and still not finished. Slow progress! 😢. Sorry.

I'd like to say Autumn completion but I think I will just leave it as "Waiting on others, watch this space" 🤷‍♂️
