Last Night at Osborne Court: Our VE Day Celebration ✨🇬🇧

Last night, our owners came together for a wonderful evening to celebrate VE Day 80. ❤️🤍💙

We enjoyed a delicious two-course meal with drinks, followed by a live singer who had everyone singing along, reminiscing, and celebrating this very special occasion. 🎶🎤

It was a lovely evening filled with laughter, memories, and a real sense of community as we marked 80 years since Victory in Europe Day.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the evening so memorable. 🇬🇧✨

Today we hosted our Bring & Buy alongside our Scone & Coffee Morning, all in aid of our chosen charity 💛
✨ Wirral St John’s Hospice ✨

From homemade lemon cakes & fruit loaves 🍋🍰
to fresh herbs, jams and little treasures…
our table was full of kindness, community and generosity 💐

It’s been a little while since we last posted, but what a beautiful day to share — sunshine, smiles and everyone coming together for such an important cause 🤍

Thank you to everyone who donated, baked, bought and supported today… it really does make a difference 🌼

As mentioned in the Residents' Update recently delivered to all households with the Gazette, all Port Sunlight residents are invited to special meeting next Tuesday 14 April at 6.30pm at the Gladstone Theatre.

Our new CEO Mike Ward, Chair Andrew Bowden and members of our team will be sharing updates on our priorities and projects, and you'll have the opportunity to meet them and ask questions. All residents are welcome and no RSVP is needed, please just turn up for a 6.30pm start.

Even though there was no brunch today, the day was still filled with lovely moments and kind thoughts.

Our Thought of the Day reminded us that life is best when it’s shared with people who make your heart happy. 💛

Sometimes it’s the simple things — a chat, a smile, or a kind word — that make the biggest difference.

🐉 Chinese New Year celebrations at Osborne Court

Last week our residents came together to enjoy a delicious Chinese meal as we celebrated Chinese New Year. The dining room looked fantastic with festive decorations, and it was lovely to see everyone gathered around the table enjoying good food and great company.

After the meal, we were treated to an interesting talk from Billy Hui, who shared insights into Chinese New Year traditions and culture. Residents really enjoyed learning more about the celebrations and the meaning behind them.

A wonderful afternoon spent together celebrating something a little different.
