This one has been a big renovation with a few challenges but we are very pleased with the transformation. 🔨🪚💪
The new tenants signed for this one 2 months ago when it was mid renovation and so they had a choice on the accent colours. Keys now handed over to a lovely family to enjoy.👨‍👩‍👦
Now onto the next one for us.😄

That's a wrap on our latest project 💪
Tenant excited to be moving in tomorrow. This was was turned from a 2 bed into a 3 bed, re-wired, new ceilings, full plaster, new kitchen, bathroom, tiling, flooring and off road parking created at the back. Here are the before and after shots 😀

Nice new project viewed and the purchase agreed this week. We think this one will be a full gut.😅. On the plus side it's already had a new roof! 🏠 The 3 bedroom property is in Margam and will be available to rent by August. 😀

Spot of problem solving today!

Whilst communications are usually smooth in Wales, sometimes hiccups happen, like being two door linings short for example. And the big car being off the road. And the linings needing to be in. Today. 😦 No bother, we'll find a way! 😅

(To add it was a short journey, everything strapped and secure and legal, don't come for us!)

New project underway in Port Talbot.
This one is a complete refurb, turning it from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom with a full rewire, plastering throughout, new kitchen, bathroom, radiators and hack off front and back for re-render. Tenant already in place to move when completed. Keep an eye out for progress pics. 👷‍♀️👷‍♀️😀
