Today we closed the doors for the final time 🥲

We have had the best, hardest and most fun 3 years - but sadly it wasn’t meant to be.. we can’t thank everyone enough for staying with us and enabling us to keep it going for the last 3 years!

So thank you to everyone who stayed with us, made memories with us and loved our caravan as much as we have! ❤️

Dear friends, loyal guests, and everyone who’s made memories with us at Trecco Bay over the years,

After 2 amazing seasons sharing our caravan with so many of you, we’ve made the difficult decision that 2026 will be our last season hiring out the van.

Unfortunately, the rising costs of pitch fees, gas bottles, utilities, and other site charges have reached a point where it’s no longer viable for us to continue renting it out.

We don’t want to increase the price of our holidays and make it unaffordable for so many people - this was never what the caravan was for! We don’t make any money from this - any money made had been put back to the caravan for things like welcome packs, updating the bedding, purchasing the smart TV, paying monthly for the private WiFi etc!

We’ve loved every minute of welcoming you to Porthcawl — the beach walks, the laughs in the arcades, the sunsets from the pitch, and seeing families & friends make Trecco Bay their happy place year after year. Thank you for all the lovely messages, repeat bookings, and kind reviews — they’ve meant the world ❤️

Just to confirm - all current bookings are unaffected and it will still be business as usual - we are fully booked for the remainder of our time and are unable to take any new bookings, however anyone looking to book we would highly recommend checking out Magnolia 48 Caravan Hire, Trecco Bay ⭐️
