Snowdon Wharf Cottage Self catering holiday home on the old slate wharf in Porthmadog, North Wales. The house is "upside down". Sleeps 6 in all.

Wonderful views from the living room of the estuary, mountains of Snowdonia and the Cob. On the ground floor 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom/WC and the first floor has living room with galley kitchen and balcony plus a double bedroom. Wonderful views over the estuary looking up to the mountains of Snowdonia. It is great sitting on the balcony watching the steam trains of the Ffestiniog Railway come along The Cob into Porthmadog Harbour Station. The recently renovated Welsh Highland Railway also runs from Porthmadog and has a most wonderful line finishing at Carnarvon, a wonderful day out. Great place for a holiday or short break, Porthmadog High Street is around 3 minutes walk and has lots of lovely shops and restaurant. There are some lovely beaches at Borth y Gest and my favourite, Black Rock Sands at Morfa Bychan where you can drive the car.
