I did a thing! It feels like a natural progression to launch into the finance industry and help others achieve their goals. Welcome to my page, and the launch of my new business!

My name is Clare, and I’m incredibly excited to reveal a new chapter, where I take my property, coaching, management experience, and branch into the Mortgage and Protection Industry.

Why is this my direction? Let me share my working background.

I’ve been lucky to have a career that centres around helping people, where I’ve embodied my values and gained experience that I want to share with the world.

Working in social care; I developed listening and assessment skills that I would carry into my leadership career. I learnt that honesty, transparency and reliability are integral to building trust.

Throughout my career in training; I learnt that communication, empathy and authenticity matter most. People are individuals, and deserve to have things explained to them in a way they understand. I developed extensive experience in building relationships, supporting people towards goals and helping people overcome challenges.

Following my Corporate Career, I achieved my ITOL Level 6 in Property Investment and became a multi-award winning Property Investor. I used finance to build a portfolio, and gained valuable insights into all things “property”. I have a huge passion for property, finance and building assets. I coached other property investors in different finance options and this was where my heart told me I needed to be.

It felt like a natural progression for me to grow within the property industry. And like magic, I was presented with an opportunity to partner with a company that share my values. They challenge me to be the best version of myself, and they always put people first.

Deciding to train as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor with this company, and become a founding partner, feels like alignment. It propels my skills, experience and values towards one purpose; helping people. And this is where I know I belong.

Whether you’re buying your first home, moving house, growing a property portfolio, protecting your finances or simply planning for the future, I look forward to being part of your success. Where am I up to now? What are my plans?

After lots of study, sheer determination, sleepless nights and 5 exams, I’ve successfully completed all of my CeMAP qualifications! This is a huge step forward.

The financial industry is regulated by the FCA. They don't just let anybody offer regulated advice! Now that I have my qualifications, the next step is working towards my Competent Advisor Status (CAS). I will do this whilst working with award winning brokers and some of the best people in the industry.

Once I receive CAS, I will be in a position to offer regulated mortgage and protection advice.

As the journey progresses, I will be building this page. I will share free property, mortgage and protection insights, market updates, tips and guidance to educate people and help simplify the mortgage process.

I will also be building a list of people who would like a conversation, or a no obligation mortgage and protection review and the opportunity to be added to my client list.

There are many Mortgage Brokers out there who can offer a basic service. But I aim much higher than that. I want to share my experience, build relationships and make the mortgage process pleasant and enjoyable. No, exceptional!

If you’d prefer a different zipworld or steam train adventure, we can swap activities subject to a revised package price. We are happy to arrange meals at local restaurants, escape room bookings, or other activities as part of our booking service. You will cover the cost of the extra bookings but our time to coordinate will be free of charge. We want you to have the very best break away in this beautiful part of the world.

Nightly rates for 7 nights are cheaper than 3 nights, and longer stays are discounted further. If two families/group of friends share our 4-bed award winning property, this adds to the already bargain price.

We strive for 5 star service for our guests, nothing less will do.

When booking a holiday let or serviced accommodation, you’re not just booking a house. You’re booking an experience. The communication at the start, the pre-arrival information, check-in instructions and support before your stay can make a huge difference to the start of your trip. You’re also buying a service. You need a quick solution if anything breaks or goes wrong, if the door won’t lock, the dishwasher doesn’t work, the electric is off, what will your hosts do to get things sorted, and how quickly? The property and its comfort is one thing, but the service is everything.

We will always go above and beyond to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay. We treat each guest how we would like to be treated and our values are above profit, every time.

Here are some of the leaflets in the property. There are so many things to do in the area. Historical, heritage, adventure, relaxing, adrenaline, educational, adventure, sight seeing, water play, and so much more.
This isn’t including the Zipworld sites, castles or cycle/hiking/waterfall routes!
