We're Hiring: Regional Building Works Manager
📍 Location: Regional (with travel across England)
💷 Salary: £50,000 | 🕒 Hours: 35/week
🚗 Travel required | 🏢 Occasional office visits (Portishead)

Join Kingsdale Group, managing over 3,100 homes across 72 developments. We’re looking for a skilled Building Works Manager to lead major projects, ensure compliance, and deliver top-tier service to residents and stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Overseeing planned & cyclical maintenance, M&E systems, and building compliance
✅ Managing contractors and ensuring health & safety on site
✅ Advising internal teams and resident boards on maintenance strategy
✅ Preparing budgets, specs, and reports for major works
✅ Supporting inspections and handovers of new developments
What You’ll Need:
🔧 3+ years in property maintenance/project management
📚 HNC/HND in Building (CIOB membership a plus!)
🗣️ Strong communication & presentation skills
💻 Confident with MS Office and maintenance systems
🚙 Full UK driving licence + access to vehicle
