Planning V Technical, The importance of a section drawing

I was asked by another company to produce the technical drawings for a barn conversion.
The ground floor is to consist of a garage and office and the first floor a apartment.
Unfortunately the previously company did not take into account the height of the existing large barn doors and assumed a standard floor height.
When producing the technical drawings the correct floor height was established and the first floor layout therefore changed drastically

There's a lot going on here and I'm sure there will be more detail to add.
I'd be interested to see how the demolition goes considering how much is going versus how much is staying!
