Coleraine. Gutters emptied and all the PVC around the property was washed/waxed including the window frames.

Portrush.. Gutters emptied and the entire PVC around the property was washed/waxed and all the downspouts running freely again.

Portrush. Roof scraped and brushed then followed by a biocide treatment which is sprayed on to kill any remaining spores of moss or lichen etc. This roof will self clean over 12 months and this is the result after just 10 months.

Coleraine. Front of the property was given a 3stage softwash,. Gutters emptied and downspouts checked for blockages. All PVC, guttering.facias etc all washed down as the property was going up For sale

This property was cleaned using the 3 stage process of soft washing, It will continue to self clean with time The customer was going to get it painted but if you don’t get it treated prior to painting the algae will soak through the painted walls throughout time. It came up this good in 7 months that she’s not getting it painted now there’s a few bits still to fadeaway..

Ballytober. Slate roof was scraped only. Gutters emptied and washed/facias.Gable end of property was treated using the 3 stage system. The biocide will keep on cleaning this wall right up to 12 months with the wind, rain and sun.
