🔨 We’ve expanded our team!

This has allowed us to open up some extra space in our diary over the next couple of weeks for smaller property maintenance and repair jobs.

From carpentry, plastering and decorating to fencing, plumbing repairs, general building work and those little jobs that never quite make it off the list …we’d be happy to help.

We work across residential and commercial properties, and no job is too big or too small.

🏠 Property Refurbishment 📍Portsmouth

Another property transformation completed in Portsmouth after a tenant left the property in need of some serious TLC.

We’ve carried out a full refurbishment throughout, bringing the property back up to a clean, fresh and lettable standard, ready for its next tenant. 🔑

🔨 Inside, we’ve:
• Completed a full kitchen makeover, including new electrics and a new consumer unit
• Repaired damaged walls and replastered where required
• Installed new skirting boards and architraves throughout the living room and kitchen
• Rebuilt the stair spindles, replacing damaged and missing sections
• Replaced a broken internal door
• Fully redecorated throughout

🏡 Externally, we’ve:
• Replaced the fascias, soffits and downpipes
• Replaced damaged ridge tiles to the rear extension
• Repaired and painted all external render

🌿 Garden transformation

The existing broken patio was removed and replaced with gravel grids and gravel, giving the landlord a cost-effective, durable and low-maintenance solution that will be much easier to maintain going forward.

We’re now just waiting for the carpets to be fitted, and this property will be ready for its new tenant. 🏡🔑

We’ve loved transforming this garden from tired to summer ready! 👌

We replaced the old fencing with new concrete posts and close board panels, lifted the loose patio slabs and reinstalled them, raked out all the old jointing compound and fully re-grouted the patio for a clean finish.

To complete the job, we replaced the artificial grass at the back by levelling the ground and adding Type 1 and grano dust to create a solid base.

All finished just in time for the client to enjoy their garden throughout the summer ☀️🌿
