As 2022 comes to a close I look back on a very busy but rewarding year.

Since joining the ROK Marsh family I have been able to achieve some very healthy results for my clients with only 1 property selling below asking price!

I look forward to the New Year and the challenges it brings in the property market. As we have seen over the last few months, prices are beginning to come down with an estimated 5% drop on this time last year. However, there are a large amount of buyers looking and we can still achieve a decent profit from your property value.

We will always be honest and respectful in our approach, with our service quality being the measuring stick of how we conduct business.

We have already seen a number of people look at the value of their property since Christmas Day and that is expected to continue into January.
