It’s been a busy summer.
All of our properties have been cleaned, painted, gardens tidied and inspected for our new student tenants arriving this weekend.
Cleveland Road has undergone a vast amount of work to bring it in-line with the quality associated with the rest of our student accommodation.
This includes a full renovation of the bathroom area, new carpets, desks, office chairs, wardrobes, heating system, lounge chairs and the garden has been revamped into a new social space for our incoming tenants.
We would like to thank the whole team for their efforts throughout August. Lou in office has officially declared the 3rd of September a rest day for all the team and it’s absolutely deserved.
Viewings start for the 2025-2026 academic year in October.

We would like wish all of our graduating students the best of luck in their future endeavours. It’s been our pleasure having you all stay in our student accommodation over the last one to two years.
And now begins the August turn around for a incoming students in September. All of our properties will be professionally cleaned, painted and upgraded throughout the next few weeks.

Enjoy your summer leave and we look forward to welcoming you all in the near future.

It’s been a very busy week so far. We have been inundated with viewing requests and several of our properties have already been secured for the 2024-2025 academic year.
We still have viewing slots available for next week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.
Remaining properties include a single 2 bed, 4 beds, 5 beds and a single 6 bed property.
We have also just finished our Halloween mystery sweet boxes for our current tenants to enjoy.

So that’s all of our properties cleaned, painted and upgraded for the incoming student cadre of 2023-2024.
A big thank you to the SPP team, who have worked tirelessly over August, to ensure every property is to the highest of standards for all of our a new tenants.

Just a quick reminder that will we start advertising all of our student properties for the 2024-2025 academic year on the 1st October.

So that’s another academic year over at Smith’s Premium Properties.
We just want to wish all of the tenants who are graduating and thus leaving us, the best of luck with their future.

Lou in the office has already started handing out the list of jobs to the maintenance team.
All of our properties will be painted, cleaned and upgraded, for the new student tenants arriving in September.

As we were visiting one of our properties yesterday, we noticed that the tenants had put up a Christmas tree!
So as everyone is getting into the spirit of the holidays already, we will be out today delivering our Xmas stockings to all of our students.
Although, Matt has once again refused to dress up as Santa whilst performing this task!! 🎅🎅🥂🥂🎄🎄

So that’s all 9 of our properties secured for the 2023-2024 academic year.
Thank you to our existing tenants who have chosen to stay with us another year.
And a big welcome to the new student cadre who have selected SPP as their home provider for September 2023.
