What does “turning problems into solutions” actually mean?

It means not just putting a property on the market and hoping for the best.

It means:
✔️ Helping buyers with their mortgage application.
✔️ Introducing them to a solicitor who can move things along faster.
✔️ Instructing surveyors and contractors to investigate issues quickly.
✔️ Negotiating fairly to keep both parties on board.
✔️ Chasing solicitors relentlessly to keep the sale progressing.
✔️ Speaking directly with a buyer’s landlord and letting agent to negotiate an early release from their tenancy.
✔️ Recommending trusted removal companies and utility providers to make moving day as stress-free as possible.

This is what I mean by solutions, not problems. It’s always been my motto, and it’s exactly how I got this sale from offer accepted to completion in just 8 weeks.
