So we have this great demand for property and an even greater platform to publicise it; social media, mainly Facebook Marketplace. All that remains for you, the private Landlord, is marketing your rooms on these digital platforms. At Hart & Stone, we believe the future of housing will be private and much more fluid, and we believe in fair pricing for all tenants without excess fees. This involves little from your end, just the photos/videos & any relevant information of the properties you wish to rent, and we do the rest. We also don't believe in overpricing private Landlords, we charge a flat fee of £150 for every successful tenant we get you.
