The majority of our work is carried out in the student lettings, residential homes and we work alongside, providing assistance to, letting agents, estate agents, private landlords, care and rest homes, insurance business and property management companies. We have been fully vetted by Portsmouth City Council and are recognised by the council as being one of their preferred contractors. We are curre

ntly registered on the Landlords Accreditation Scheme which gives landlords and Management Company’s peace of mind that we are trusted contractors. Trade Mates have been carrying all types of property maintenance in the Hampshire and Sussex areas for the past 15 years. We currently maintain approx. 100 properties for landlords in the Portsmouth and Southsea areas. During this time we have worked on many projects small and large. Details of just some of the works that we are able to carry out are:

Painting & Decorating, Bathroom Fitting, Kitchen Fitting, Plastering, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Guttering and Fascias, Window fitting and repairs, Fencing, Gardening, Landscaping, Patio slabbing, Refuse Clearance and Cleaning. As mentioned we are able to cover a wide range of work. This allows our customers to leave us with all the works that are required without having to employ different contractors. Therefore we are able to provide an:

‘All in One’ service. We have been registered with Check A Trade for the past 10 years, Check A Trade monitor all of our works to ensure that we meet the required standards.
