Recently completed on a 1930s terrace very much in need of bringing into the 21st century. Having had little to no work done over its 90-year life only the shell of the house remained intact with the renovations carried out as follows:

Chimney breast removed into the loft
Original plaster removed back to brick with all new plastering throughout

All new skirtings, architraves and internal doors
Flooring and carpets installed throughout
Fully insulated loft
All new uPVC fascia and guttering
Landscaping to both front and rear.
Fully decorated and finished to a very high standard with no small detail overlooked 👌

Project managed from start to finish by with the property now on the market. As you can see from the pictures, the house is now very much up to modern standards and will keep any future owners warm and comfortable for decades to come. 😊

It's not just bathrooms...doors and windows are covered too.

First up, a rotten door that had to be replaced like for like due to a covenant in the property's deeds. Hard to spot the difference at first but I'm sure you'll agree the new, composite door looks much smarter...and it'll keep looking that way for years to come. 😎

Second up was an old dormer that was in desperate need of a new window. With the customer wanting to make the room warmer the decision was made to re-roof and re-clad thus allowing insulation board to be fitted all round. The negative pitch, felt covered roof was replaced with a GRP roof which will now be good for 30 years and with the customer opting for an anthracite grey finish, the dormer is now bang up to date and in line with any modern development. 👌

Another happy customer 🛠️

Another full bathroom renovation. Fully tiled this time, incorporating an amazing mosaic feature wall in the shower enclosure. Check out the counter top basin and and mono tap for that touch of class 👌

Bathroom Rescue 🛠

Client was left with a non-functioning bathroom by a cowboy which was so bad I had to rip out and start again. Luckily, I was able to reuse the suite which helped to keep the costs down.

All waste and water pipes replaced. Rotten floor and walls around bath replaced and cement board fitted. Bath refitted on timber frame then tiled all round, including side panel. Ceiling clad with PVC panels with new downlights and extractor fan installed. Floor tiles laid. Towel rail hung with hidden pipework. Vanity sink and back-to-wall toilet unit fitted with all pipework hidden. Heated, LED mirror installed.

All adds up to a very happy client with a bathroom her and her family can relax in and enjoy. 😊
