Poulton porch extension and paving. We brought this 70s looking house up to date with a porch extension, UPVC windows and door,Krend & Indian paving the driveway. We do small jobs too.

Bridlington commerical units. This was a project at the other side of the country we worked on completing the joinery work including timber studwork, fire casings & doors and fireproofing between units. Then on to the metal stud tape & joint, and to finish built & installed and plumbed in disabled toilets.

Lancaster 48 council houses fully refurbished for LCC. Traditional sand and cement solid plastering , internal wall insulation to window walls, damp-proofing to ground floors walls & fully re-skimmed throughout.
