Really happy for the sellers who have been looking to move for a while now.

Before going to market we went through the home and discussed how best to prep it, then focused the photography and video around all of its best features.

More viewings than the previous agents combined in less than 1/4 of the time then resulted in an offer, and now exchange 🙌🏼

Prime example that if you’re struggling to sell, most of the time it’s not the home, it just needs the right strategy.

I work right across Lancashire, and with higher-value homes the pool of buyers is naturally much smaller. That’s why strong marketing, a personal approach and being constantly proactive isn’t just preferred, it’s necessary.
