So court update between me and our abusive management unpaid (apparantly) volunteers, with apparantly no money in any funds account they are responsible for , hence why we are always told they just took out another loan, for lifts etc, you can see here their lawyers costs already nearly 20.000, paid if they win or lose , and if they do lose another approx 20.000 to me , WHOS MONEY IS THIS , SHAREHOLDERS ?????

My lack of attendance at any AgM meeting is due to me not living in the Uk ,I did attend one way back and was shocked how no one was allowed to speak about anything other than what management put on the agenda , again Control . And whats the point , as can't have an opinion , however unhappy to attend an AGM meeting with sufficient notice on a mutually agreed date and time , Talking about what we want to discuss , not them , shouldn't it be for all of us ??? We are shareholders

Feel free to post rental requests , or any properties for sale , to save the community money and to save time , This is something we are prohibited to do on the communal boards that I asked to be installed ? Why ? Funny how one of the management received a bargain once he joined the already huge team of supposed volunteers , £20.000 for a studio apartment , that wasn't advertised , and clearly not available for the rest of us , ANY MORE FOR US Ed or Pam Counsell ????

I will of course be keeping you all updated regarding the forthcoming court case , that management have set aside £20.000 of shareholders money to fight , OUR MONEY , again shows how available money is to them and no one , even Mr Snape the accountant questions , Thats a great deal of no ey that could have been avoided and spent elsewhere within the complex to increase the value of our properties ...

Its also bee brought to my attention that management are attempting to spread not true rumours about me , in an attempt to justify their actions , I would just like to make it very clear

No I did not attempt to shoot my brother , it was an argument between siblings , as it happens with many of us , especially in disfunctional families .

I got charged with simply threats to kill . This has no resemblance what so ever on my campaign against the management . And it has no bearing on what sort of person I am .

This is a picture of a text I received from a tenant recently, lets take particular notice of the 2 quite concerning and very unacceptable points the tenant speaks about here , take in consideration this is a Young girl that lives alone (identity or apt number hidden for this reason)

1. Sandown management once again have taken it upon themselves to not send a bill out , and just cut the girls hot water without notice or warning in writing , nit even bothered to let me know , the property owner , funny how they are Good at communicating everything else , most of which isn't their business . And left this poor girl for weeks without hot water , as I wasn't informed a callout charge of £90 was later charged by the maintenance company as no one knew the fault.

This is a heating and hot water system that they wanted installed , why ? The storage heaters and hot water cylinders worked fine , another of my properties has recently suffered extensive damage due to a boiler leak of an above apartment , owned by Mrs Patel who refused to pay for damage and management blamed another apartment and said I had to pay for the damage , we never had any leaks like this with the old system , MAYBE ITS BECAUSE THEY GET THEIRS FREE ALONG WITH NO SERVICE CHARGE

2. My Tenant also states about a £149 bill that remains unitemised and unexplained , again I've been a victim of this , These people are out of control with all this , as its become a complete mess and just one huge nitemare for us all , with these powertrippers in control of it all .

Both these issues will be shown to the court on the forthcoming hearing .

I know we are not the only ones suffering , this is bullying and its abuse of their position .

Below I show you a recent email to the lawyers of Sand down court management , ONCE Again they powertrip by leaving a single person without hot water , as she couldn't afford to pay in these difficult times on lock down , what a disgrace , and no morals set of people (bullies) we have managing . GOS heating and hot water engineers, I have dealt with this company recently and have to say how impressed i am , not only with their service , and the fact they are a local familynrun business , but also receiving a bill of this amount . Makes a refreshing change from APG , good to know there are options for the owners of apartments , The boilers that were fitted apparently require rewiring as all mine did , and apparantly ive been informed the original manufacturer of the boilers in Sandown Court are no longer supporting the boilers we have .

Why are there so many people in management was it now 6 or 7 with the new recent member joining ? If all these people are only as they state volunteers , Ed and Pam his wife both involved ? Martin is a paid member , who else is paid , and again , why ? All we need is someone to deal with administration and someone to deal with accounts , any maintenance issues get dealt with by security and this is the responsibility of the apartment owner to have any issue fixed by an independent tradesman . The staff are over worked as it is without people like Ed councel causing more work for them as he isn't qualified in any of the work he carries out .

All I'm asking for is full accounts and other financial information to ensure that these people are not benefiting financially themselves , and if they are to be honest about it , they seem very defensive and abusive when asked simple questions that a shareholder has the legal right to ask , so why ? If nothing to hide .

Do we get the opportunity to vote Mr Snape in or out ? Why has he dealt with our accounts for this long and as the independent accountant that I got to make contact to ask for full accounts (and was ignored) suggested , Mr Snapes fees are at least £1000 too much , surely £1000 can go a long way for the upkeep of Sandown Court , the entrance halls for a start . Not only this but who is to say that cheques are all accounted for , IT SHOULD BE CHECKED ALL OF IT BY SHAREHOLDERS OR AT LEAST AN ACCOUNTANT THAT ISNT THEIR FRIEND AND THATS INDEPENDENT FOR US NOT JUST THEM

I want to re post this letter of resignation from Ed councel , as he is still in a management position , meaning he is not a man of his word , and also management accept someone who is abusive and racist in their team . I still have the recording that this resignation was due to . The abuse , threats and uncalled for shouting , just because I was asking management to let me know when a tenant leaves , so that I can ensure my key and their fob is returned . All very uncalled for , but proving just how nasty these people can be . Ed as we all know deals with the plumbing issues of the apartments , bringing himself a very nice income from it , tax free , £10.000s a year , charging people £50_£100 per callout , HE IS NOT Qualified , and furthermore , since I stopped this service from him , All his work was confirmed to have issues , mainly pipes being the wrong way , school boy error , however this ensures he returns an recharges , these kind of mistakes however cause disruption , money , and damage .

This is one income of managment that remains unspoken , what else do they benefit from such a position ? Do they pay for heating and hot water ? Do they pay for service charge ? I have no problem with it if they don't just be honest , if you work you deserve something , but not all hidden extras , IT ALL NEEDS CHECKING FROM AN INDEPENDENT SOURCE , such as an independent accountant , and not their Good friend Mr Snape
