I want to re post this letter of resignation from Ed councel , as he is still in a management position , meaning he is not a man of his word , and also management accept someone who is abusive and racist in their team . I still have the recording that this resignation was due to . The abuse , threats and uncalled for shouting , just because I was asking management to let me know when a tenant leaves , so that I can ensure my key and their fob is returned . All very uncalled for , but proving just how nasty these people can be . Ed as we all know deals with the plumbing issues of the apartments , bringing himself a very nice income from it , tax free , £10.000s a year , charging people £50_£100 per callout , HE IS NOT Qualified , and furthermore , since I stopped this service from him , All his work was confirmed to have issues , mainly pipes being the wrong way , school boy error , however this ensures he returns an recharges , these kind of mistakes however cause disruption , money , and damage .
This is one income of managment that remains unspoken , what else do they benefit from such a position ? Do they pay for heating and hot water ? Do they pay for service charge ? I have no problem with it if they don't just be honest , if you work you deserve something , but not all hidden extras , IT ALL NEEDS CHECKING FROM AN INDEPENDENT SOURCE , such as an independent accountant , and not their Good friend Mr Snape
